For exterior-only jobs, you don't need to be there. For interior access, someone needs to let us in. If you have a lockbox or a way for us to access the property safely, just let us know when booking and we'll work around your schedule.

It helps to clear items off windowsills if you can - it just speeds things up. For bulky furniture blocking window access, moving it beforehand makes the job quicker. That said, we can work around most things without making a fuss.
